Dashboard – user registration records list. There are 4 types of dashboard lists and each of them has different purpose in the system:
•Submission dashboard – this is the first step of document registration. Submission dashboard list shows submission entry records which have scanning and taxation started. Submission officer can also start a new public registration from the submission dashboard. Working with submission dashboard is described in chapter 3.2.1 Submission.
•Payment dashboard – in a payment dashboard list all payment notices that were confirmed are shown. Information services orders also are included in this list. In payment dashboard list cashier can create a new payment transaction and accept payment from the applicant. Working with payment dashboard is described in chapter 3.2.2 Payment.
•Confirmation dashboard – confirmation dashboard list shows all registration records that were successfully paid. Registration officer for “mention” can approve the registration and sign document with e-Seal. Working with confirmation dashboard is described in chapter 3.2.3 Confirmation.
•Delivery dashboard – this list displays the documents that were generated by the system as the registration process result (eSeals, Rejection letters, Requests for clarification). From delivery dashboard user can print documents, submit them to the applicant and mark them as delivered. Working with delivery dashboard is described in chapter 3.2.4 Delivery.
