When document/deed registration is successfully paid and the payment transaction is confirmed, it appears in the confirmation dashboard list (3.2 Dashboards). The registration officer for “mention” will be able to open registration record and to record the decision. When registration officer for “mention” approves the registration (1.1 Approve registration) the eSeal is generated and document is included in the eRegistry list. If the registration officer for “mention” rejects the registration (1.2 Reject registration), system generates rejection letter. The printout eSeal or rejection letter is available in the Delivery dashboard.
