Introduction

The information services system of Mauritius e-Registry enables to perform an interactive search. This document is designed for the public user who will be able to login to the Information services system and use search functionalities after paying for the search:

1. The public user pays for the search at the cashier’s counter and receives payment receipt with the voucher number.

2. The public user logins to the system. If the user account is not created, the user creates a user account (2.1 Request for an account) and logins to the Information services (2.4 Login and logout).

3. When the user logins to the system, a Home page of Information services is displayed to him (5.1 Main menu). In this window user can add Information services voucher. User is not allowed to perform any other actions until the voucher is added and activated.

4. When the user adds Information services voucher, he is forwarded to his voucher list, where he can activate the voucher (5.2 Voucher). Note that alternatively the user can add and activate the voucher in his “User account” window (5.5 User account).

5. When the user activates the voucher, he can start using Information services searches (5.4 Search). The voucher validity period counting is started.

6. When the voucher validity expires, the access to the Information services searches is closed.

7. The public user can add and activate another voucher to start using information services searches again. Note that the public user can also add more than one voucher to the list at the time. But user can have only one active voucher at the time (in a state “Active”). Whenever the active voucher expires, the user can activate other voucher which is already added to the list.
