When the payment for the registration is successfully submitted, the registration officer for “mention” receives the message in his dashboard that the registration is ready to be confirmed:
•Registration officer for “mention” opens the document, and initiates confirmation using his electronic signature. The system generates the eSeal and incorporates eSeal in the eDocument.
•The system generates a PDF file with eSeal copy, registration officer for “mention” prints it on the deed which was originally submitted by the applicant for registration.
•Registration record state is turned to “Registered” and the record can be found in e-Registry list.
