The main objective of Mauritius e-Registry (further in the document - system) is to support the registration of various deeds and documents. The document registration process also requires entering of the data for the purpose of:
•Searching of the deed or document;
•Automated tax calculation;
•Keeping track of relations between documents;
•Reporting data needs;
•Collecting data required by LAVIMS.
There are 6 different processes for document registration, depending on the type of registration:

•Erasure registration process
