If you want to dismiss particular payment transaction, you can cancel it (Figure 138). Note that you can only cancel transaction which is in state “Initiated”.

When payment transaction is canceled, all payable items that were included in this payment transaction are returned to payment dashboard and are unclaimed (available for other cashiers). Payment transaction state is set to “Canceled” and it can be found and previewed in a Payment transactions list (4 Payment transactions).
