History tab tracks all registration actions (e.g. scan and enter data and make taxation; confirm delivery of clarification letter.. etc.) that are performed with the record. Also the user who performed the mentioned actions is recorded.
There might be several records of the same registration action, with different users assigned, if user who started registration actions did not completed them.
