Request type

This classifier shows the list of Information services request types which are used while creating Information services order. Select menu item “Admin → Info services → Request type” to open the request type list. In this list system administrator can create a new request type (5.1.1 Create new classifier record), edit (5.1.2 Edit classifier record) or remove (5.1.3 Delete classifier record) existing request type.

Note that to work with this classifier role “PL-1.30. Manage the classifier Request type” is required.
