System administrator can activate shareable voucher. The voucher will be activated for the all users that are linked to this voucher. If a new user will be added to already activated voucher by administrator, there is no new activation; voucher expiring time is the same as for the users that have been using this voucher. Note that system administrator can activate only those vouchers that are in state “Created” or “Added”.
